Where my time goes
I support hundreds of devices across schools, churches, homes, and businesses — Intune, Google Workspace, MSP platforms, deployments, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support. I also manage UniFi environments across multiple locations, mostly in New York, with client sites in Arizona, Atlanta, and Wisconsin.
I’m a live audio engineer and AV integrator — designing sound, video, and control systems for churches, auditoriums, and commercial spaces. I start with the room and the people using it, then build the system around that.
Networking ties almost everything together now. Wi-Fi, switching, structured cabling, IP cameras, VoIP, Dante, NDI, and AV-over-IP all end up sharing the same backbone.
Full control and automation systems — URC, Control4, Crestron, Lutron RA3, motorized shades, lighting, Alexa, Google Home. Anyone can add a smart device. Getting them to actually work together as one system is the real job.
I do everything tech. Literally. And if I don’t do it, I know who to call.

I’m a New York technology professional working across IT, AV, networking, integration, and smart technology. My background spans education technology and commercial integration, so I’m just as comfortable supporting people as I am working hands-on with the equipment.
I also own Grade A Technology Services, where I take on larger technology projects throughout the NYC metro area.
Away from the rack
When I’m not working on tech, I’m usually traveling, finding good food, spending time with family and friends, or getting into whatever new interest caught my attention.
